Pursuant to our conversation today, this is to let you know we here at Oceanic Exploration Company are very pleased with the work Duane Peters does on our copier, CVI Device No. 13233, and wanted to let you know. He has come to our aid on several occasions and he definitely has a vast knowledge of the machine and readily shares tips, etc., to help us understand the machine better. I would definitely request him whenever we have any repair issues.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate CVI and both Ken and Richard. We had a motor go on my 8110 which required special timing and attention to ensure a quick repair to get me back up and running on some deadlines that couldn't be missed for one of my largest clients. Ken's perseverance and attention to detail in resolving the problem's were instrumental in the fastest resolution of this situation possible. Ken always exemplifies a can do attitude and confidence that serves as confirmation that I have the right vendor for my business. On several occasions when we’ve needed a replacement, I have told the sales staff that the primary reason I continue to purchase machines from CVI is due to the excellent service I get. Since we operate 24/7, prompt attention to our service needs is vital. I wanted take a moment to comment you, and particularly Frederick for the on-going excellence in the service you have provided over the years. Just a note to let you know how pleased we are with the service we have received from your company. There is always someone there to talk to, not just machines that take a message, everyone is always very helpful, your employees actually sound happy (as silly as that may seem, it is important to customers) and your service technician, Brian, is extremely good at what he does. He went the extra mile to get us our toner and that is what service is all about.....going that extra mile. His thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated.
If anyone ever asks me to recommend a copier and printer service company, you can be sure your company is the one I will recommend.
